That technique preserves the smooth, rich texture and subtle flavors of the grape, producing the aromas of crushed rose petals and rich cherry characteristic of fine Pinot Noir.

Pinot Noir and fresh grilled salmon might be the match of the century. Because of its fruity character, natural complexity and relatively low tannin, Pinot pairs beautifully with a variety of foods.
